Smart casual is the expected dress code. As you are on a moving vessel, we recommend enclosed shoes. Ladies, we kindly ask you do not wear high heels or high platform shoes on board.

On occasion (although rare), should you not find dolphins, you will be issued free of charge return voucher. This voucher is issued on a stand-by basis.

In the event the guest can access the vessel out of the wheel chair, the chair can be bought on board the main level of the vessel. Due to WHS risk assessments. wheelchair bound guests cannot be assisted onto the vessel by crew. Travel is not recommended for guests incapable of accessing the vessel with minimal assistance.
Please note: All rest room facilities are located down a flight of stairs.

Up to 4 hour paid parking between the hours 8:30am – 4:30pm
Limited up to 8 hour paid parking in Victoria Pde
Car parking is free and unlimited in some streets i.e. Laman Street, Church Street, Magnus Street all within walking distance to the marina.
What is the boomnet and slide? How fit do I need to be to use them?
What is the boomnet and slide? How fit do I need to be to use them?
During your tour, the catamaran stops to activate the slide which lands into the open waters. The boomnet is activated on the return journey to the marina. We recommend confident swimmers for this cruise if they wish to utilise the slide.
