It is a safety requirement that all travellers are able to walk from the bus across to the balloon basket, board the basket via two foot holes (1.2m in height) and stand for the duration of the flight all unassisted.

The standard daily departure includes a 30-min balloon flight.

If the Operator has to cancel due to weather conditions, you will be entitled to an easily arranged 100% refund. However, of course, they would love to have you back and fly successfully on another occasion so they can instead hold your booking for a few weeks or months while you re-schedule. Your driver would arrange this for you on the morning.

The minimum age for hot air ballooning required by Australian regulations is three years old. All children under the age of 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. You may be asked to produce proof of age for your child so please bring your ID along for your flight.

The basket is 1.2 meters in height and all travellers must be able to get into and out of the basket unassisted.
